While we do our best to meet every request, all bookings are subject to availability and service area coverage. We reserve the right to adjust or cancel services based on scheduling conflicts, weather conditions, or safety concerns.

2. Pricing & Payments
Prices for services are based on the size of the space, the scope of work, and any special requests. Quotes are estimates and may change based on the condition of the property at the time of service. Full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed. CleanTology accepts various forms of payment including cash, card, and digital transfers.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
We understand things come up. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee. No-shows or repeated cancellations may affect future bookings.

4. Client Responsibilities
To ensure a smooth and efficient cleaning experience, we ask that your space is accessible at the scheduled time. If our team cannot gain access or if the environment is unsafe, we may have to reschedule or cancel the appointment. Please secure any valuables or sensitive documents prior to your appointment — we treat your home or office with respect, but safety and privacy are important for both parties.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee
We take pride in our work. If something wasn’t done right, please let us know within 24 hours of your appointment, and we’ll do our best to make it right. Our goal is to provide a service you can count on — and feel good about.

6. Use of Subcontractors
CleanTology may work with trusted subcontractors to help deliver services in certain areas or during high-demand periods. All subcontractors are vetted and expected to uphold our high standards of professionalism and quality.

7. Employment & Contractor Applications
If you apply to work with CleanTology, either as a team member or subcontractor, you agree to provide truthful and accurate information. CleanTology reserves the right to accept or decline any applicant based on qualifications and business needs.
